Tinola (Isda): Part'ebelle Seafood Restaurant

Yummy Lechon in Carcar, Cebu. Try it!!!

A golden red skinned pig lying on its belly. A centerpiece in every Cebuano's birthday feast.

What food is this that has mystified our palates for nearly a hundred years?

LECHON. A FOOD BROUGHT DOWN TO EARTH AS GIFT BY THE GODS.

On this food review, I will take you to one of Cebu's legendary Lechon capital-- Carcar. πŸ˜‰

Located inside Carcar Public Market, yelling vendors and food stalls awaits you as they draw you to taste their roasted masterpiece.

At 400 pesos per kilo, you and your companions can enjoy a sumptuous lunch. A gastronomic delight for the hungry and weary traveler -- a must have experience for any food adventurer!

I will give this a 9 out of 10 stars...

The skin --a crispiness that gives you a euphoric effect after every chew. Your paradigm for pork meat will never be the same again.

The meat --Oh so tender! The juicyness makes you wonder if this pig has been eating spices while it was alive 🀣 as every bite bursts out with wonderful flavors.

This food does not need any dipping sauce. The internal flavors (the herbs and spices placed inside the stomach of the pig) are enough to flavor the meat from inside out.

Do take note, this delicious meal is best paired with rice. Try this now and tell me your experience on the comment section below. πŸ˜‰
