Tinola (Isda): Part'ebelle Seafood Restaurant

Fish Tinola (Tinowa): Part'ebelle Seafood Restaurant

Monday. The streets are busy. Public utility vehicles are always full. You look at your phone and Facebook posts are piled up with the status "..another manic Monday" on their walls.

The sea of humanity in an unending flow, battling lifes' challenges and struggles on the hope for a better future.

Then here comes a guy...πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€” a jobless, pseudo intellectual slob looking for a place to eat and yeah, 😁 looking forward to review what he has eaten.

The intro was quiet a mouthful. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

Basically, I'm here in SM Mabolo looking for hobby supplies. Spray cans for my Gunpla (Gundam plastic models).

When you're approaching 40 and still alone,  hobbies become a necessity. And yes, the love for good food is a priority.

Speaking of priority, I still haven't eaten at 2pm. What a tormenting and sadistic way to amuse the gastronomic pets that you have in your stomach 🀣🀣🀣? With that, I needed to look for a place to eat, a non fast food eatery but affordable.

Where else would I wanna be but in Part'ebelle Seafood Restaurant.  A place known for  having the best tinowa or fish tinola in Cebu City.

Located just across Sm Mabolo in front of the V-hire terminal.

Once you arrive, you will see two large cauldrons facing you as if guarding an ancient relic.  In it contains the boiling hot tinola waiting for you to devour it. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Tinowa, a dish made of boiled chicken or fish with the broth flavored with lemongrass, ginger, tomatoes and onions. Topped with leafy green vegetables and sometimes with sliced radish.

At 100 pesos per serving, a sumptuous meal awaits you. Always best paired with rice, this refreshing meal energizes the hungry mall goer.

I will be rating this dish an 8 out of 10 stars. A sip from the broth removes tiredness and  shopping anxiety 😁(if you have any).

The fish meat, almost having the same texture as pork is the best! If you want to eat healthy and avoid fast-food at the mall, Part'ebelle is always around to cater your hungry stomach.

A delicious and healthy meal yet very affordable, just for you!
