A fish based stew of Cebuano origin. Fish, sautéd  in tomatoes, onions and other fragrant spices and boiled to perfection. This heart warming dish gives you a citrusy, slightly sour and tomatoey taste.
A perfect meal for families and friends. A comfort food sought after by the working class when the day ends.

I am giving this dish a score of 9 out of 10 stars. A must try for Tinola and Sinigang enthusiasts.
